BHC were involved with this unique project from a very early stage, to aid the Clients’ team in logistics, programming and buildability, on one of the most complex projects we have ever undertaken. The site is situated in the heart of London’s iconic Soho and incorporates some of the area’s most renowned buildings.

The scheme creates a vibrant mix of uses including the revival of the famous Boulevard Theatre, new high-quality shops and restaurants, improved public
realm and two levels of Soho style office space. The redevelopment revitalises the buildings and enhances the character of the area. A number of tenants
have remained on site throughout the works, including The Box nightclub, Diamond Jacks tattooists and two other retail premises.

With a phased project delivery, construction activities comprise some partial and some complete demolition of the buildings that make up Walker’s Court
and façade retention prior to new build and refurbishment of buildings, including the fitting out of the new 164 seat Boulevard Theatre, which features
a uniquely versatile, two-storey performance space.
