This project continued BHC’s successful relationship with Shaftesbury Carnaby Ltd and was our fourth project for this key Client in the vibrant Carnaby
Street area.

The project comprised the extensive remodelling and extension of an existing circa 40,000ft² building which was the former Jaeger headquarters in the heart
of Soho.

Structural alterations to this 1960s building included façade removal, extension of the floorplates and a new floor added at fourth floor level.
The new façades are a distinctive mixture of bespoke Italian tile and brick on a specialist support system and large fenestration delivering a contemporary
facelift to this tired building.

Internally the building is transformed into retail, restaurant, office and residential areas all to the very high standards demanded by our Client.
Throughout the construction period, the residential tower on top of the development remained in occupation, and with some minor works to their common
areas this required great consideration to minimise the impact of our works upon the residents.
