Thames Valley Park 300, Reading

This fast-track refurbishment project involved the complete refurbishment of a 56,000ft² office development set over three floors, situated at the prestigious Thames Valley Park on the outskirts of Reading.

The building remained partially occupied throughout the works with tenants being relocated to allow completion of all areas. The reception areas and toilets
were fully remodelled and the majority of the M&E services replaced to provide an up to date high specification office building.

BHC was involved at the project conception and worked with the Client and Design Team to ensure a fully coordinated approach to the development, including
design programming and cost management.
