This project comprised the alteration and refurbishment of a seven-storey office building to provide high specification residential apartments on each of the five upper floors, with basement and ground floor retail units. The two-level penthouse apartment includes a newly constructed steel frame extension on top of the building and a stone paved roof terrace giving extensive outside space.
The apartments are fully serviced to a high specification including cooling and full AV installations. Finishes include bespoke joinery walls and book
matched stone panels, along with designer kitchens to provide a modern, luxury aesthetic to the large apartments.
The external envelope required refurbishment to restore the elevations to their original condition, highlighting the impressive period features of the
building.
