Kao Two, Harlow

BHC were asked to draw up proposals for the remodelling and refurbishment of Kao Two (previously known as Building M), following the successful completion of Building V at KAO Business Park.

The works included a full Cat A fit-out, new roof covering, formation of two new reception areas, along with complete replacement of the M&E systems,
replacement lift, new toilets, raised floors and suspended ceilings. In addition, new glazing installed to the receptions and the east elevation provides
a modern and high specification office environment. One office floor is finished to Cat B standard for the incoming tenant.

Externally, works comprised construction of a new car park and the installation of ancillary hard and soft landscaping.
