We were employed by F&C REIT Asset Management to construct an 840m² extension onto an existing warehouse to provide additional office, research and development space for Ericsson Television Ltd, while the building remained occupied.
Extension works comprised piled foundations, steel frame and curtain walling elevations, new roof coverings and windows, and a mezzanine floor. During
the 28 week programme, the curtain walling to the existing building was replaced and the roof over-clad to match the new extension, providing improved
thermal performances.
