BREEAM Excellent rating

This project comprised the demolition of an existing five-storey concrete frame building with basement, situated between residential and commercial properties with shared party walls.

The new office development consists of six upper floors and a basement constructed of a combination of steel frame and concrete flat slabs. The elevations
include pre-cast cladding, faced with Portland stone to the front and glazed white bricks to the rear. The upper floors have glazed façades and an
accessible green roof terrace. Principle design features include adiabatic cooling, LG7 lighting, raised access floors, exposed flat soffits and bespoke
public art railings.
