We were appointed to carry out the structural alteration and refurbishment of the existing Central Buildings A and B in Guildford. This project involved re-modelling the building layout, and upgrading the existing finishes to include new M&E services, lift, receptions and toilet cores.

Following the completion of these works, we successfully negotiated to undertake the alteration works to building C. This phase of works involved a further
three floors of Cat A fit-out, together with the installation of a new structural staircase, lift and raised access floor.
