Battersea Park Square, London SW11

This project was won in competitive tender and was a new high quality residential development for Berkeley Homes. The development comprises 56 quality apartments and town houses within the confines of what was previously Ethelburga School and grounds in Battersea. The properties range from five-bedroom town houses to studio apartments with external car parking, and an affordable housing block, together with all associated infrastructure and external works.
