This project was the construction of a new build 19,000ft² four-storey mansion in The Bishops Avenue, following demolition of the existing property whilst retaining one flank of the front elevation.

room are located on the lower ground floor which opens onto a sunken garden.

Luxury finishes and state of the art technologies have been installed including limestone and marble, polished plaster walls, bespoke joinery elements
using walnut, oak and sycamore, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a fully interactive home entertainment and building management system.
