Watchmoor Park Building C, Camberley

This project comprised the Cat A office refurbishment of the flagship Building C, located at the head of Watchmoor Park in Camberley. Due to very tight timescales this project was negotiated with the Client, taking circa 12 weeks from initial conception to start on site.

The scope of works included the strip-out and refurbishment of approximately 64,000ft² of office space including new M&E services, and the reconfiguration
and refurbishment of core areas including lift lobbies and WCs. A reception atrium was constructed by removing the existing first floor slab, and it
was complemented by the installation of a new full height curtain walling screen.

A significant volume of the Cat A works had to be completed within a 22 week period, facilitating the integration of the Cat B fit-out within the final
phase.
