BHC was employed to undertake the completion works for the refurbishment of 74 Upper Richmond Road following the previous contractor going into administration.
The existing office building, extending over ground to fourth floor, is a concrete frame structure dated circa 1960. Works comprised completion of the
remaining demolition works and structural alterations to the existing building including the construction of a new fifth floor.
The external facade of the building has been clad in natural stone and curtain walling to provide a contemporary envelope. Internally, the four upper floors
provide 14 fully serviced apartments served by a lift within the central core. The ground and first floor have been left as a commercial shell space
for future fit-out.
