Trilogy Building, Swindon

This 80,000ft² office space required refurbishment to include a modern curtain walling system, a new roof plantroom, replacement roof covering, construction of two new Cat A cores, a new two-storey entrance atrium plus a fast track Cat B fit-out and car park reconfiguration.

The contract had a strict 24 week programme as the incoming tenant had given notice on their previous tenancy and occupation of the building could not
be delayed.

We successfully delivered the project one week ahead of programme allowing the tenant early occupation.
