This high specification new office development brings City of London standards to central Woking. The development comprises a basement car park, incorporating
cyclist facilities, further car parking to the ground floor with reception and additional space for future retail or office tenants, above are seven
floors of modern office space, fully fitted out to Cat A standard.

The external envelope is predominantly curtain wall with feature bands and vertical fins to give architectural relief to the façades, and includes feature
glazing to the ground floor, and external terraces on the upper levels giving break-out space for the building’s occupants.

A secant piled retaining wall was adopted for the substructure as the building footprint fully fits the site plan and a local de-watering system was required
to lower the water table to allow the construction of the new basement within a dry environment. The ground floor is an in-situ reinforced concrete
construction which carries a storm water attenuation scheme to limit the building’s impact upon the local sewer network. The upper floors are constructed
utilising a post-tensioned concrete frame to optimise spans and limit structural depths.

Internally, the building is designed to a high specification, with feature timber ceilings to lobbies and reception, four lifts, toilet facilities, metal
ceilings and raised access floors. The building is fully serviced with VRV air conditioning and LED office lighting throughout to deliver this modern,
stylish office development.

BHC were involved with the project from an early stage, providing advice on construction techniques and methods as well as market conditions to ensure
the building could be delivered in the shortest possible time whilst delivering the highest standards of finish possible.
