Our scope of works involved the extensive demolition and refurbishment of the existing building to provide two floors of retail / restaurant shell, two floors of Cat A office accommodation, and eight residential apartments set over the top two floors. The site was situated on one of London’s busy red routes with retail, commercial and leisure businesses surrounding it.

The structure required a significant amount of structural alterations to suit the new building layout, including a new steel core and extension. The refurbished
building includes retained and refurbished faience façades to the front elevation, with bespoke curtain walling and timber / stone rainscreen cladding
to the rear.
