This negotiated 40 week contract comprised the construction of a district centre in Norton Fitzwarren, near Taunton. The finished development includes a large convenience store with three adjoining smaller retail units, a two-storey Doctors surgery, and five residential units.
The works were phased to allow the retail spaces to be fitted out in readiness for the Client’s target completion date.
