BREEAM Very Good Rating

This challenging project in a conservation zone in the heart of Mayfair consisted of the demolition of a six-storey building, with sections of the front façade retained, followed by the construction of a new six-storey building with lowered basement. A structural steel frame supported the retained façade, as well as the new stone and glazed elevations. Extensive temporary works were required to the retained façade, along with underpinning and structural supports to adjoining properties.

The subsequent fit-out provided high specification office accommodation on the upper floors with a retail unit at ground floor level. Interior finishes
include limestone cladding in the reception, basalt stone flooring, Schuco window system and new M&E installations throughout, including Zumtobel
lighting.

We were appointed on this competitively tendered project as a result of our experience of working in this demanding part of London, our in-depth knowledge
of the design and installation of complicated temporary works, and our ability to produce an end product to the highest standard.
