Linton House is a historic early 20th century warehouse which has been in our Client’s ownership for generations. The building has undergone many uses through its life, from fashion manufacturing to serviced offices, and dance and recording studios.

This project comprised the total transformation of floors one to four into 50 high specification and distinctively designed apartments. An additional lightweight
contemporary penthouse floor was constructed on the roof of the existing building to provide a further seven spacious apartments, each with their own
roof terrace.

The lower ground floor was refurbished to provide a new gym shell, whilst the ground floor was remodelled to form a new residential entrance. The remaining
space continued to be used as office accommodation, and existing tenants continued to operate throughout the development process.

Internally, the apartments were fitted out to a very high standard with full comfort cooling systems and AV installations, and they incorporated a high
level of joinery and kitchen installations.

External works included replacement of the existing windows, landscaping to the front and rear of the building and the installation of a cycle park and
refuse area.
