BREEAM Very Good Rating

This project comprised the complete refurbishment of an existing five-storey building situated on Ganton Street, part of the iconic Carnaby Street pedestrianised shopping area. Works included the construction of a double height external entrance area with exposed brick cladding, polished concrete flooring and bespoke feature lighting. New double glazed aluminium and steel windows were installed on the Ganton Street elevation.

Internally, the office accommodation on levels one to three was finished to Cat A standard, with painted plasterboard ceilings throughout incorporating
exposed services and acoustic ceiling tile zones. A metal raised floor system was installed, along with a VRF heating and cooling system.

The office accommodation on levels four and five was subject to a full Cat B fit-out and works included the formation of a new feature staircase linking
the two levels, office partitions and finishes, and a new timber roof deck and seating area externally.

New toilet blocks were formed on levels one to five, incorporating unisex superloos and shower rooms.
