As part of our ongoing working relationship with MacTaggart Family & Partners, we were asked to work with them and their designers to draw up proposals for the refurbishment of Eagle House and 112 Jermyn Street, two of their buildings in the vicinity of their St James’s hub.

Eagle House is a large commercial office, and it is our Client’s wish to improve the main reception, create end of journey facilities in the basement, and carry out a full refurbishment of the 1st floor office where the tenant’s lease has recently expired.  The works require careful planning and phasing as the remainder of the building will remain in occupation throughout.  The reception is to have a completely new brass screen frontage on to Jermyn Street, and stone flooring, internal feature screen and reception desk.

112 Jermyn Street is a historic commercial property and the requirement is to fully refurbish the main reception and three floors of office space, again whilst keeping the building live for the other tenants in occupation.

The project has been carefully planned and negotiated in close collaboration with MacTaggart Family & Partners to ensure disruption is minimised, whilst ensuring the exacting quality standards are achieved for this prestigious client.
