Concorde Park, Maidenhead

Four commercial units were stripped back to their pre-cast concrete frame prior to the erection of new roof steelwork and feature reception steelwork. The elevations consisted of curtain walling and brickwork with feature louvres to the front elevations. Internally, the offices were finished to a very high specification with new raised floors, suspended ceiling, four new lifts and full height internally glazed atrium.

Externally the car park was remodelled and resurfaced and a new entrance from Concorde Road constructed to provide a feature entrance to the development.
