Brook Way, Leatherhead

This project was the design and construction of nine new build commercial units. The development was constructed with ground bearing concrete slabs and structural masonry walls with pre-cast concrete floors and stairs constructed off piled foundations, and a traditional tiled truss roof. These Cat A units are situated over two floors, privately serviced, each with its own entrance. Externally, car parking and soft landscaping were provided.
