This project was the construction of a three-storey office building over the existing entrance structure of the underground tube station on Borough High Street, utilising the existing ground floor lobby space and lift core. The new building is a steel framed structure with a lightweight posi-truss flooring system spanning between the beams. The external façades are constructed of a curtain walled glazed front with an etched / perforated anodised aluminium screen beyond, and a traditional white brickwork façade to the rear elevation. The roof comprises a moss sedum green roof and metal acoustic plant enclosure screens.

The interior of the building is a traditional glazed office partition layout with suspended ceiling and raised floors, finished to Cat B standard.
