Berwick Street, London W1

This project comprised the demolition of the existing building and the construction of new commercial units at basement and ground floor level, with 14 high specification apartments above.

The building was constructed with a reinforced concrete basement, including extensive temporary works and superstructure. A mixture of traditional brickwork,
timber feature windows and tiling were utilised for the cladding, and a sedum roof completed the build. Internally, all residential units were fitted
to a very high standard.

Due to the location of the site, we held extensive negotiations with the Local Authority and residents in order to gain access, which resulted in the temporary
relocation of Berwick Street Market.
