Bedford Court, London WC2

Our project at Bedford Court, Covent Garden, was the demolition of an existing single-storey garage building residing on an approximate site area of 100m², enabling the construction of a new eight-storey building. This development provides six apartments with three parking spaces at ground floor level.

The building fabric comprises a reinforced concrete frame, supporting a stone clad façade and full height windows.

Works were challenging due to the sites proximity to neighbouring properties, and the restrictions for on-site storage.
