This project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing seven-storey building, including stripping out the majority of the original internal finishes and M&E services and replacing them with office accommodation to Cat A standard. New partition walls and suspended ceilings were installed and a new VRF system was fitted for heating and cooling the office space. The works also comprised the full fit-out of the reception and WCs to a high specification including marble flooring, brass metal trims and the use of horsehair as a finish to the lift car walls and reception desk.

Externally, a new recreational roof terrace was formed with a dedicated external metal staircase installed to provide access. Fabric alterations were also
carried out to the façade to create a new street entrance with projecting porch and change-in-level steps. A separate bike storage area was formed,
in addition to new pavement edge railings and kerbs to the South elevation.
