This competitively secured project was awarded and split into three phases: demolition of an existing single residence; basement shell and superstructure; and fit-out works to provide two luxury five-storey residences.

A two-storey basement was constructed for each of the two properties, housing a comprehensive leisure and entertainment suite, plant rooms and domestic
facilities. Car parking was also provided in the basements, and included the installation of bespoke car lifts with an air film platform. The leisure
suites include swimming pools and saunas, polished plaster columns, and bespoke tiling. Three floors of accommodation above provide 21,000ft² of exceptionally
high specification living space.

State of the art home entertainment and security systems were installed. Attention to detail was imperative on this project to ensure that the bespoke
finishes, with materials sourced from around the world, met the Client’s extremely high expectations.

This was an exceptional new build with many complexities and challenges. It demonstrates the depth of skills our staff have at their disposal for solving
all sorts of problems.
