After the successful completion of our project at 72 Broadwick Street, a multi-demise extension and refurbishment project just off Carnaby Street, we were invited by Shaftesbury plc to submit proposals for the Cat A fit out of the building’s 2nd and 3rd floors, and the creation of an associated new feature reception.

These large floorplates were left as shell space under the previously completed contract, and we were asked to put forward our proposals for a design and build contract to complete the fit out works to be sympathetic to the previously fitted out 4th floor office in the same building.

Our Client took the opportunity to develop the previous design and add external terracing to these two floors.  The office space itself consists of feature treated exposed concrete soffits, with raised floors incorporating underfloor air conditioning and services distribution.  Each floor has a fully fitted out toilet and lift core to complement the new reception at ground floor. The reception is a large, double-height space, and our works included cast feature concrete flooring, clay plaster, bespoke planters and landscaping, along with reception desk and visitor facilities.

This is our 7th project with Shaftesbury plc and continues our close relationship with them and their project managers and professional teams.
