This mixed use development comprised the refurbishment of the Grade II listed front building into a retail shell at ground floor and basement level, with three new luxury lateral apartments on the first, second and third floors. The rear building was extended to provide a further 14 high specification apartments.

Within the listed building, the apartments were fitted out to a high standard, sympathetically incorporating the historic elements into the contemporary
accommodation. Finishes included bespoke kitchens, wood panelling and parquet flooring, along with sophisticated M&E installations including full
air conditioning and intelligent controls.

The extended building to the rear incorporated further retail space at basement and ground floor level, and the remaining high specification apartments.
The new steelwork frame has been clad in a mixture of traditional brickwork and zinc with double glazed bay windows, conservatories and roof lights
to deliver individual character to each apartment. Internal finishes included contemporary kitchens and bathrooms with parquet flooring and fitted
joinery.

A glazed lift core has been installed in the communal area, finished to a standard in-keeping with the apartments.
