We were selected for 10 Greycoat Place following a competitive tender, and works commenced in August 2021 with a period of pre-construction services.
Built in 1899, 10 Greycoat Place was one of the very first Army & Navy warehouses and is steeped in history. The building has undergone several alterations and changes of use over the years, and the current redevelopment plans comprise the refurbishment of the existing 6 storey building, with an additional two-storey steel frame extension on top, with new M&E services and finishes throughout to provide high quality, contemporary office facilities in this central location in Victoria.
Finishes have been designed to be in-keeping with the building’s industrial history, including exposed steel and brickwork, complemented by top of the range services and high quality finishes to provide a luxurious office environment.
